Hello Future Yoga Teachers! Our fall 2023 YTT has commenced.
We offer a unique program, that empowers and uplifts. You will get uncomfortable, step outside the box, and do the inner work that will take your teaching to the next level.
What you can expect: History of Yoga, Philosophy of Yoga, Alignment, Creative Sequencing, Finding Your Voice As a Teacher, Restorative/Yin/Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Seva, Anatomy, Hands on Adjustments, Yoga Ethics & Lifestyle, Modifications of Poses, The Business of Yoga, and More.
This training is in person with an online component. ISY’s Empowered YTT will take you on a journey of a lifetime.
