Indigo Soul Yoga is located at 4942 Bill Gardner Pkwy, Locust Grove, GA. We are in the Ingles shopping center. Our mission is to inspire, empower, & encourage practitioners to take control of their health and wellness. ISY is a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming community. We ensure classes are accessible for various body types and abilities. Our teachers advocate compassion, integrity, and safety through using yoga props. The ISY team encourages you to reach your full potential on and off the mat.
Indigo Soul Yoga offers in person and online Yoga and Pilates classes. ISY teaches All Levels Flow, Gentle Yoga, Hot Power Yoga (95-99 degrees), Warm Flow (85-87 degrees), Restorative Yoga, Yin-Deep Stretch, and Pop Pilates. Our studio offers infrared heated classes and non heated classes.
ISY began offering Yoga and wellness retreats in 2019. In addition, we offer private yoga sessions and 1-on-1 assisted stretch and flexibility.
Since our move, practitioners now have access to nutritional beverages such as cold pressed juice, all natural smoothies, protein shakes, kombucha, and alkaline water.
Additional offerings include in studio and virtual life coaching and mentorship for practitioners and new Yoga teachers.
